I graduated from The University of Alabama with a B.S. in Derivative Finance and Investment Management. It may be surprising, but much of my 20+ years of professional experience was not in real estate, but in industries as diverse as food service sales and consumer packaging. The common thread was an ability not only to drive sales, but to help others be more successful. Since I live and work on Scenic 30A, I am deeply familiar with our community and its unique real estate climate. I represent both buyers and sellers and both local and absentee owners. Pelican Real Estate opened in 1996 right in the heart of Scenic 30A in Seagrove Beach.  That first office is still open and in the same location but the name has changed.  In September of 2017 Pelican Real Estate merged with Century 21 Blue Marlin Real Estate to become Century 21 Blue Marlin Pelican Real Estate, one of the largest real estate companies in Northwest Florida.  Our name has changed but our team of real estate professionals is still the same.  Our team is familiar with the unique and ever changing real estate market along Highway 30A and the Emerald Coast because this is our home.
