I graduated from The University of Alabama with a B.S. in Derivative Finance and Investment Management. My education in finance allows me to better assist you with the financial details of your real estate transaction. From the investor looking to add to their real estate portfolio to the family searching for the perfect vacation home, I can help you make certain the financial numbers make sense for your specific goals.

It may be surprising, but much of my 20+ years of professional experience was not in real estate, but in industries as diverse as food service sales and consumer packaging. The common thread was an ability not only to drive sales, but to help others be more successful. My desire to see my customers be more successful and reach their goals is what makes my business different.

Since I live and work on Scenic 30A, I am deeply familiar with our community and its unique real estate climate. I represent both buyers and sellers and both local and absentee owners. Working in real estate is a passion for me and I do it all day, every day. You can feel confident that I have a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market all along the Northwest Florida Gulf Coast.

My consultative approach to communicating with each customer is simple. I'll commit to keep us focused and on track, keeping you informed with the knowledge and feedback you need to hear, not what I think you want to hear. I am available to my customers when they want to work. I know you have responsibilities during the normal work day and you can rest assured that when you're home from work and have time to look at real estate I will be available to assist you. Pelican Real Estate opened in 1996 right in the heart of Scenic 30A in Seagrove Beach.  That first office is still open and in the same location but the name has changed.  In September of 2017 Pelican Real Estate merged with Century 21 Blue Marlin Real Estate to become Century 21 Blue Marlin Pelican Real Estate, one of the largest real estate companies in Northwest Florida.  Our name has changed but our team of real estate professionals is still the same.  Our team is familiar with the unique and ever changing real estate market along Highway 30A and the Emerald Coast because this is our home. Our experience and commitment to helping each customer achieve their real estate goals is what makes us unique.  Customer service is our core principle.
